@teri99 I think believing that God created the world in six days is better than believing that the Earth is flat lol. (Catholic here)

How do you define a day?
God is light.
A time of a day on the earth is not the same as a day in Mars or Venus.
We don't count a day depending on the time we receive light from Moon. We count the time with respect to the light receiving from the bigger light source, the Sun.
As long as God is present engaged on a procedure the light continue shining on it. It is day, until He finish that procedure.
