The 30-50 million barrels was an agreed upon deal for liberating Venzuela from Maduro. The key detail you've conveniently left out is that Maduro stole the US infrastructure to extract and process the oil. Consider the 30-50 million barrels reparations. Plus...it's cuts China out of the picture. 🇺🇲🤣
