@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP I wouldn't be surprised if Maduro collaborated with Trump on this whole thing. Maybe he feared for his life in Venezuela if he gave up the oil.

@SW-User there could be something to that. They were negotiating an exit strategy for Maduro. If they did come to an agreement, what do you think the likelihood is that they would pretend they didn't? 🤔
