If Maduro beats the fentanyl and crime gang charges, what happens then, do they send him back to Venezuela? lol

The FDA.....INS.....and everyone involved with illegal drugs have said since day #1 there is NO fentanyl coming from Venezuela. Trump ignored them all. Its NEVER been about drugs or crime. Venezuela is sitting on the biggest oil reserve in the world. That is why trump never declared Venezuela as a terrorist state.........and he would have if drugs or crime was the real deal. Why?? Because if he ever does.............all of that oil stays in the ground and can never be stolen by him and sold on the open market..
