Nixon's withdrawal from Vietnam was also not the end of a legally declared war, so you have to go back farther than that.

@SW-User you can't stop at all and it's legally impossible to prosecute trump for killing people in boats or striking Iran. He's above the "law" and the US population is above doing better than killing people in boats. Really.
