@Mak03 ok well it must be based on the facility then; i'm only familiar with the small ones in my area they mostly refer out but plan b i had forgotten completely. You are correct.

Because for FORTY YEARS they didn't even try!!
If this had been codified into federal law a decade ago or two or three this decision would not have happened .

I agree. The constitution never stated that killing babies was a right. Getting that stain off of it is a good thing. The carnage will continue in Blue states undoubtedly.
