Warning National Grid Could Go Down This Evening In Uk

Apparently the UK will be short of Electricity this evening between 4.00pm and 7.00pm the national grid may collapse, that happened just when Boris Johnson took over as PM when the Bedford Power Station had a Turbine bearing require renewing at the same time a Solar Power station in the North of England automatically shut down, there were power outages all around the country.

It now seems we will have to adapt to more power-cuts as we adapt to more renewable energy sources, so if your operating for example a Kidney machine this evening or any other important equipment there could be an outage.

Earlier this year Spain and Portugal who share the same grid had outages due to unexpected cloudy weather.

Likelihood of Shortages
The likelihood of a national grid power shortage is currently considered low. The National Energy System Operator (NESO) has indicated cautious optimism regarding the electricity supply for this winter compared to previous years.

@PSuss1 I heard the report this morning on Times Radio I immediately checked the National Grid web site everything was good.

Further reading on the National grid web site reassured me the UK is interconnected with six different countries Belgium Denmark, France, Ireland Netherlands and lastly Norway, all I can deduct is we'll be asking for more Electricity during this evenings the peak demand period between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.
