Hi! Here's another one ...for british peeps

If you actually had a number you'd at least have an idea of how long you'll be waiting. That would be an improvement! The reality is you just sit there and if you're lucky they'll tell you that their current waiting times are 7hrs but that doesn't mean that you'll get seen in less than 15hrs 🙄
