Its 2026 and I am still not ready to forgive the UK for 1980's New Wave.

Flock of Seagulls, Duran Duran, Pet Shop Boys. The list goes on and on of insufferable pansy new wave brit rock that to this day still pollutes the radio. Im also going throw INXS in there. I know they are technically Australian, but basically the same thing really

@Notladylike Yeah I like them enough. They get you fired up and they're catchy as hell in a rough around the edges way. Thing is they are so overplayed and they can sound a little repetive after awhile. They're also one of those bands that yeah I can rock out to and the songs hit hard, but so many straight up knobs are hardcore fans it can almost ruin it. Lynyrd Skynyrd is another band like that in that those reguard. Like yeah the song is great, but you're at the bar and the drunk mouthbreathers going ape while it's playing makes you pause.
