Is This The Most Dangerous Road In The UK

This is a kerb along a street is in my locality, numerous vehicles have driven into this kerb that simply crosses the street, broken sumps oil left on the ground, there's glass there now, I suspect a damaged windscreen, a mistake by the council I expect.

It would be far safer if this dividing kerb was removed.
