I don’t want to live in UK anymore since it’s so difficult to find a dream home and it’s so expensive even though I’m positive but nearly giving up.

No better here in Australia and it's probably worse in the USA since trump's tariffs are starting to bite US consumers directly because of grossly inflated (artificially) costs for all kinds of important goods and services.
