English people, what do you think was the motive of Paul Doyle in the Liverpool driving into people incident?

He was flustered, then panicked and probably thought he was going to be hurt. Two wrongs dont make a right.
He may never survive let alone be released from prison. 20 years is a long time

I think he got himself in a bad situation and seemed to lose his head and panicked 😱 then had no regard for the people he was trying to get away from
