will sunak be able to stop the boats like he intends

he said today that inspite of the high court ruling, saying it's unlawful to send the migrants to rwanda, that he still intends to do so, can he, will he?

something needs to be done to stop the invasion, that's certain.

Sunak will re-negotiate the Treaty with Rwanda.

The Supreme Court came to the conclusion Asylum Seekers who were sent to Rwanda could sent back to their original country, first of all the British High court agreed to Asylum seekers being sent to Rwanda then the European Court of Human Rights stopped Asylum seekers going to Rwanda, then the British Court of Appeal over-turned the High Court ruling and stated it was illegal to send Asylum seekers to Rwanda, so the case has now gone to the British Supreme Court who have stated their concerns that Asylum Seekers could be sent back to their original countries, now Sunak is negotiating a new Treaty, in the new Treaty Asylum seekers won't be returned to their original country of origin.

I should think this isn't over yet the best brains in Great Britain will argue this out and we will see Asylum Seekers being sent somewhere outside Great Britain.

@senghenydd this is the Rwanda plan that apparently will cost £169K per asylum seeker, that will only take at most a few hundred asylum seekers, and the UK will accept anyone seeking asylum from Rwanda. Now if Rwanda is such a safe and lovely place, like the tories are claiming, why would anyone be seeking asylum from there?

@22Michelle I know a number of asylum seekers I have to be honest I've never come across anyone from Rwanda, as far as I'm concerned they can all come to Great Britain all I've said in the past was to let everyone know what's happening in the courts as far as I can gather.

Our Planet has some terrible countries if I lived in Gaza I would hop-it out of there what a mess, at the moment anywhere is better than living in Gaza even Rwanda.

@senghenydd just pointing out the ridiculousness of the tory position over the Rwanda deal.

The overwhelminb mass of migration is legal. It is the sheer incompetence of the tories. They're verg nearly as dumb, anc vorrupt, as American Republicans.
