The British Government Has Lost The Plot

The British government have finally lost the plot . We need an election now and a change of government . We are in a reccesion and their minibudget has nearly caused the complete collapse of the pound . With the high energy cost of fuel , companies are going bust and the cost of living is going through the roof . The tories are going to take us back to victorian times of the very poor and the very rich and really high unemployment . I will never vote for conservatives ever their leader has gone mad .

Short-term result of the budget will be higher interest rates/mortgage payments (obviously people who benefited from the £55k tax cut don't generally have a mortgage to pay so win-win). Longer-term impact will be a second wave of inflation next year when the impact of the devalued £ hits the shops.

This isn't a case of switch off a few lights or turn the heating down a notch, people simply won't be able to cope. How many poor or elderly starved/frozen to death will it take for people to wake up, I wonder?
