The British "nanny state" is at it again

Here in England a heatwave has been forecast prompting the Government to issue a "heat health" warning. Seriously! Part of the warning is to keep cool and drink plenty. Surely that's just common sense. We don't need to be told. For heaven's sake just leave us alone

Ummm, many people have died in recent heat waves in Europe and elsewhere. It is easy to get preoccupied and not be sensible. I don't see any problem with the government giving good advice.
