A good avoidance method

If you don't want something to happen then propose something almost like what you want to avoid and get everyone to agree with you. Germany doesn't want peace in Ukraine so it is suggesting a 'cease fire' before negotiations begin.

He's not the only one who wants a ceasefire, so as the rest of pricks and Sabotage it, just like what Isreal PM did breaking a ceasefire. Ceasefires are pretty much worthless at this point, when it comes to corrupt Globalist.

The only ones are successful with Ceasefire for so long is North and South Korea. That is amazing feet there.

Germany does want peace in Ukraine - why would it not? - but a cease-fire first may well be the only way to approach it.

@ArishMell Not sure why negotiating a cease fire should be priority over negotiating a lasting peace. Look at the cease fires around the world and how they are so often violated. Not to mention which I think Russia is done with that kind of stupidity. The west is not a trust worthy lot in these matters. Look at its track record in Ukraine and in Iran and in Lebanon and in Gaza. Cease fires are simply times to re arm.

@hippyjoe1955 I take your point, but it's very hard to negotiate peace when both sides are still fighting.

The First World War ended in the Armistice first, the peace-treaty was signed later. So it has precedence but every war ends in its own way and time.

All we can all hope is that it does end, soon, and not leave a fragile cease-fire such as that between North and South Korea.
