Seems you do not understand what is going on at all.
I am not even going to try and explain.

@22Michelle Russia is currently winning; there’s no need for appeasement. Ukraine is destined to lose, regardless of the support they get from the U.S. They can either lose with dignity or continue to sacrifice countless soldiers. There’s nothing that can be done to change this outcome. The real issue is that the media isn’t reporting the numbers accurately. Trump is aware of the situation because he’s receiving the correct information.
Zelenskyy isn’t viewed as Ukraine's legitimate leader, which is why he wasn’t invited to the Saudi Arabia meeting. Russia doesn’t need to make any concessions, and they're not going to. Ukraine has nothing to offer in negotiations. Ukraine has already lost Donbass and will lose the Kursh region as well, even with continued U.S. military aid. They simply lack the manpower. Ultimately, the two key players in this conflict are Russia and the U.S.

@Jokersswild The casualty rate of soldiers cannot be reported accurately because neither side releases the numbers.
What we need consider though is the civilian casualty rate as the Russian army regards them, their homes and utilities as just as much military targets as the Ukriane forces. Ex-KGB Liaison-Officer Putin has no scruples, and there is no strategic point and certainly no humanity in deliberately destroying civilian homes and electricity supplies nowhere near military installations, and it is against international law.
The Ukrainian don't want to lose though! They don't want their country taken over by Russia - or anyone else, come to that; but have long wanted to join the EU (non-military) and even NATO. They do have serious internal problems the EU has told it to put right first; but that is not Russia's business.
Russia might not need concessions but has never been prepared to concede anything.
Zelensky was never seen as legitimate by Russia, no, of course not because Russia does not think Ukraine legitimate, but he was by America and everyone else. Though what Trump thinks of him now, is very uncertain - as are Trump's further intentions.
