What should be done to stop Putin's genocide in Ukraine... as opposed to what has been done to date?

Is it time for the world to put a stop to this atrocity? How do we go about it?

@cinsac Yep, unfortunately, wars present great political opportunities, and along with our resources go the US Press, hell bent on reporting US misconducts to use as political fodder.

The NYT devoted more front page coverage of Abu Ghraib in six weeks than they devoted to Dachau and Auschwitz in 8 years.
@Heartlander I'll never understand war. Seems like they use war more than we need war. For instance to remain president for another term, if we're at war. There has to be a better way, to solve problems, than shedding blood.

@cinsac I totally agree. Unfortunately, simply laying down weapons seems like more of an invitation to be attacked or infringed on than it is a path to peace.

The only model for prolonged peace seems to be Switzerland. And they are armed to the teeth.

@cinsac It would seem so, but history tends to disagree.

Armed to the teeth? With Swiss chocolate and yodelers.
