According to Politico the war in Ukraine will be a frozen conflict.

American military is now saying the war in Ukraine will become like the Korean war where there is a clear border in the ongoing conflict, a DMZ to be more exact. The problem with that is that the losing side, Ukraine/America doesn't get to determine if the war stays hot or is frozen. Nor does the US Ukraine get to decide where the DMZ will be if there ever will be a DMZ since the US/Ukraine is unable to stop the Russians from advancing at will. This topic is bubbling to the surface now as Ukraine's much vaunted counter offensive isn't going to happen. Out of weapons, munitions and most importantly men Ukraine is about to collapse. On the ground reports confirm that Kiev has no electricity or natural gas and is running out of food since there is no way to restock the store shelves or warehouses. Such a stupid war brought to you by America. Remember when America was seen as a beacon of good to the world? Sadly that American doesn't exist anymore. It is buried in the jungles of Vietnam, the deserts of the Middle East and the mountains of Eastern Europe and the plains of Ukraine. If America has spent a fraction of the money it has on making war on making peace the world would be a much much much better place. Fortunately for the world the US is rapidly becoming a spent force. Its society is collapsing and its money is becoming worthless. Its army navy and air force has been passed technologically and its tactics are severely out dated. How bad is it? It hasn't won a war since 1945 and even then it had a lot of help.

Oryx reports only weapon systems that could be independently and visually verified.

So, the actual Russian numbers are likely higher.

Ask yourself this though: if your beliefs about Russia & Ukraine are true, why didn't Russia succeed in overthrowing Ukraine in the first week or two? Why is the allegedly superior force stalemated on all fronts 16 months into the war??
