Is Ukraine running out of fighters?

Ursula von Der Leyen said that Ukraine has had 100,000 KIA. Based on the formula that for every troop killed 3 are injured that means 400,000 Ukrainian troops are out of action. How much longer is this silly war going to continue. Russia is simply sitting back firing artillery and missiles guided by drones and there is nothing Ukraine can do about it. Regardless of whose side you are on this is the situation on the ground.
