@jshm2 Not really, maybe you've missed it but the RIA a few days after the beginning of the war published an article that was scheduled to be released in case of victory. Here's the archive link:

The west has mostly sent old hardware, soon to be otherwise replaced, and only in very limited amounts some modern stuff. There's plenty of video dootage of the stuff being used by both parts.

Old military hardware *is* Russian military hardware, simply put. Or do you really believe that a country with a GDP lower than Italy's pre-sanctions could compete against the whole NATO? And above all, that if they had shiny new stuff they wouldn't have used it already, almost one year after the beginning of their "3-days operation"? Above all, before being pushed out of Kherson?

They probably really thought conquering Ukraine is a piece of cake. Very telling about the state of mind of Russian leaders.
