Ukrainian weapons
A Russian general went into Putin's office to update him on the war.
"I have good news and bad news," he said. "Which do you want first?"
"I guess the good news," said Putin.
"The good news is that the latest additions to Ukraine's weapon arsenal are obsolete and in terrible condition, in fact most of them don't work at all."
"That's wonderful!" said Putin. "Maybe things are finally turning around for us. What's the bad news?"
The general answered, "The Ukrainians have just captured our best weapons."
