does that include the murders and rapes done there?

wouldn’t it depend where he got his authority. I am under the impression that putin doesn’t carry that type of Kavod.

In the Church the normal path of forgiveness is from the person offended. What putin is doing is to make the church of bull effect and to follow his orders.
The invisible church doesn’t work that way. putin is just a sinful man.

@tindrummer I have found that the nature of church is beyond their comprehension since it is spiritually based and the kingdom was not based of the earth. Forgiveness is very deep and it looks like they are trying to develop a form of penance and not forgiveness. It is so easy to get the two confused if your background in Christianity is not that thorough.
