I am pretty baffled why they thought a Vogue cover of Zelensky would be a good idea

Of course everyone has 20/20 hindsight now. But just from a basic politician point of view... Really? Hell there must have even people at Vogue who would have been thinking "Isn't this going to seem vainglorious when zelensky's legitimacy rests on him being one of the common folk?" Truly bizarre
