Whatttt... Why did Russia sign a grain export deal with Ukraine and then shoot missiles at the port agreed to within 24 hours

Doesn't even seem strategically sound. Turkey helped broker that agreement so why risk souring ties with them? Maybe a case of troops making their own decisions?
