Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a comedian who portrayed a fictional president of Ukraine in the comedy television series Servant of the People, and the incumbent president, Petro Poroshenko, on 21 April 2019. According to the Central Election Commission, Zelenskyy won the second round with 73.22% of the votes.

@walabby Without knowing the ins and outs of the Ukrainian electoral method I am at a loss. That aside we do know that Biden got 81,000,000 votes too. Then there is Justin Castreau of Canada.
