Random food items in Sweden have been getting so expensive without any reason for it
Like creme fraiche has been marked up from 1.7usd to 3.2 usd, that's INSANE! I LOVE CREME FRAICHE!!! 😠
While the price of what I think you muricans would call sour cream hasn't been getting any more expensive. What is the reason for this? Like we produce 2.8 billion kg of milk each year damn it, how is creme fraiche being influenced by the ukraine war? I'm starting to believe that companies are using the soaring prices in other areas of the market to justify higher profit.
I bought some sour cream instead.
