Is South Africa committing genocide?

They say that white farmers are being disproportionately murdered in South Africa. Does the state want this? Are they complicit? Do they support it? Are they indifferent?

it's not a very good country so far since long i was visited there so many times for any human beings or humanity , I always feel a kind of unsecured environment everywhere
