The Sneaky Blighters

Pictured is The Sneaky Blighters Gang in 1902, they were a Haggi street gang based in Glasgow, Scotland, which operated from the 1880s until the 1920s. The group consisted largely of young criminal Haggi, who engaged in Tunnocks Teacakes robbery, violence, whisky smuggling, racketeering, and control of Haggis sports gambling. The TV show Peaky Blinders was loosely based on their exploits in Scotland during this time.

That fellow in the back row on the left must be the direct ancestor of Paul Anderson that plays the role of Arthur Shelby. The same facial expression, the same nose, the same nonchalant expression and even the same pose. Just the clothing has changed over time.
