I have no in depth knowledge of the other organisations but the MSF never had any ties with terrorist groups.

Israel demanded to recieve a full list of their employees. It is a new regulation. Seeing that Israel has very extensive history targeting AID workers , it is insane to hand them such lists. It is also against privacy laws in multiple countries.

Not to mention that Israel refused to disclose or provide guarantees for how such information will be treated and for what purposes.
