Also do pray for the church in Palestine as well and that peace may last in this region.

@Thinkingdeeper Yes, it is fragile, but it is there. There is hope, where there was none.
@Thinkingdeeper what peace ?
@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Cease fire seems to have temporarily ceased.

TEL AVIV—Israel and Hamas on Tuesday accused each other of violating the cease-fire that was part of the deal that released all 20 living hostages from Gaza, as the families of deceased captives whose bodies are still in the enclave expressed anger at delays to their repatriation.

Hamas said several Gaza residents were killed by the Israeli military, calling it a violation of the cease-fire agreement. The Israeli military said suspects crossed a so-called yellow line that delineates where Israeli troops can be stationed inside Gaza, breaching the deal. The military said it opened fire after the suspects didn’t comply with attempts to distance them from troops.
@ElwoodBlues
Again you're quoting the Hamas. Do you REALLY trust their reports??

I don't know where you're from but I'm sure you never asked these questions when Western forces were in Iraq or Afghanistan and many more innocents were killed than in Gaza
Of course I'm sure you never questioned why Hamas based itself within residential areas and used schools, holy Mosques and hospitals as bases.

I'm sure you didn't ask these questions last summer when Al Julani's Syrian forces massacred Akawim & Druze in Syria.

War is nasty. War ISN'T a play station game. Innocents get hurt. It's sad and unfortunate but when biased people like yourself conveniently choose who to criticise, THAT'S hypocrisy.
@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Actually, I quoted the Wall St Journal about the cease of the ceasefire. But go ahead, introduce all the whataboutism you can, it's easier for you than dealing with the question at hand.
@ElwoodBlues you never answered any of my questions. You're so biased and anti Semitic that you couldn't care. You choose your arguments by convenience. Don't worry. The Islamists are after you as well. You're just too blind to see
@BridgeOvertroubledWaters You accused me of quoting Hamas. Fact is, as I pointed out, I was quoting the Wall St Journal. Yeah, I didn't answer your false accusation. Deal with it.
@ElwoodBlues you can think what you want. The fact that you have no understanding of the Middle Eastern mentality is your problem. The fact that you prefer to see one side and only accuse the other is also your problem.
The fact that you wake up when it's Israel Palestine and couldn't care about other conflicts shows your one sided hypocrisy
@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Making further accusations while continuing to duck questions; projection at its finest!!

@ElwoodBlues you're also ducking questions.
Try to enjoy the rest of your day.

@ElwoodBlues Hamas was executing rivals in public to instill fear in the Palestinians right after they released the hostages
@specman I'm simply pointing out that the Wall St Journal reports that the ceasefire has already been broken, and who shot whom.
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@ElwoodBlues it was broken when Palestinians crossed the yellow line and headed for the IDF and didn’t obey when they were directed to stop and turn around.

@specman Both sides need to acknowledge their errors, repent if you like., ask for forgiveness. It’s a tall order to ask.

Rebuilding bridges is the key.

Half the population of Gaza is under fifteen. They do not deserve this. The world simply looks on.

@peterlee I am torn I am for Israel, but also hate the killings. Neither side has forgiven or forgotten. Hostility will continue. Hamas wants to stay in power instilling fear in Palestinians. They executed rivals in public after releasing the hostages. Israel will end up finishing the job. War is a terrible thing. Actors distance from God as the people do as well. So much loss of life.

The USA claims to be at war with drug trafficking in Venezuela, but I fear that’s to set the change of regimes. Maduro does need to step down, but he won’t. I’m keeping an eye on this because my son is a Marine deployed with the 22nd meu onboard the IWO JIMA.
