Mexico has recognized Palestine as a State. If Israel doesn't want a state of Palestine, why not a One State Solution?

I heard a Zionist say that Palestinians have children at a rate of 5 to 1 compared to Jews. But it's not their fault if israeli men are more likely to be sterile. Maybe if there weren't so many gay men, lesbians, and feminists in Israel, they might have more children.
