Israel out of the goodness of their hearts have been supplying them water and electricity and they get food from foreign aid and this is how it was before the war.
Hamas is responsible as they are their rulers or government and they should be supplying them with food, water and electricity. I guess their planning of terror attacks and building up their terror supplies got in the way.

yes hamas did attack on october 7th , but only israeli military and they let israeli civilians to runaway and they didnt hurt them at all .. thats because hamas were taking their land back , some cities that were suppose to be for palestine and occupation did stole it ..so hamas attacked them to leave the land and they already run away , i mean israeli civilians they left ,they were runing and we saw them ,, nobody got hurted ..except israeli military , because the war is between hamas and israeli military ..but after this october7th till now , didnt you watch the news ? you stopped?
because israeli military has already bombered palestinians women ,children , babies , girls and boys and old people , they killed more than 8000 of palestine civilians, so many children and babies are gone killed by israel .. so israel killed all of them on purpose , also hamas is not in the place they were bombering ,
