AI is now making it's way to North Korea, well It's not really their AI. China is just giving the tools and Technology

but it's not for chatting or create Images or music or whatever, this will be used for weather forecast purposes. that way they can keep up with the coming storms and prepare to prevent floods, if it's possible I guess.
