Will the American troops be acting on the orders of a lying, murderous, autocrat? Will the Americans murder and rape Mexican men, women, and children? Will the Americans bomb and shell Mexican schools, apartment blocks, hospitals, and urban areas of no military value? Will the Americans commit numerous war crimes against the civilian population of Mexico as a matter of course?
