I Love Maps And Globes

I have seen a little of the world...I lived in Okinawa for two years when I was a kid. I think my traveling days are over...I love to look at the places I've not been and dream about them, and if there was such a thing as a transporter, I would love to visit them. But I'm really a homebody...I feel uncomfortable if I don't sleep in my own bed..lol

For my birthday four years ago, my parents bought me one of those globes that are inlaid with semi-precious stones....sooooooo beautiful!!!!!!!!!! It's one of my most prized possessions....

I thought I was the only one LOl.. since I first saw a globe in 1st grade Ive been hooked. now I love google earth. I can go on an adventure anywhere I WANT .

I can relate :) to the globes & maps AND the homebody in their own bed.

How wild is that, i have a little one, too.
