@basilfawlty89 The queen is actually formally called "the woman". I mean, in all chess books I have it's called "la donna" not "la regina". Although it's often/informally called the queen as well

Also the bishop here is the ensign. We've secularized the game!

@basilfawlty89 "Ensign" is the modern / US military equivalent of that role. I don't know if there's a proper English term, but in Spanish for instance it would be "el alférez" (here: l'alfiere)
