Have you ever been to Florence, Italy?

I won a trip there through work. Any suggestions on places to see, food to eat or things to be aware of?

How long are you there for?

Find little local restaurants in the area you will not be disappointed

The bridge at sunset is amazing, the museums, statue of david

If you have time hire a car and visit the local wineries, sienna, pistoia

I think you are too early for sunflowers

@InOtterWords I would not recommend driving in Italy for a first time visitor. Seeing all those fiats doing 130km and swerving is scary .

@AthrillatheHunt I have driven a great deal in Italy. Italian drivers are somewhat impolite but not dangerous, in my experience.
