I'm noticing how you could almost perfectly divide the population of this country in two:

* those who continue to wear early spring / winter clothes until the temperatures go around 30°C (86°F), and keep them at hand all the time in case the temp goes anywhere below 25°C (77°F)

* those who are swimming just fine in 17°C (62.6°F) water at 7pm, with moderate wind and 22°C (71.6°F)
