What does it provide?
The MOU outlines a U.S. commitment to seek funding for:
$33 billion in Foreign Military Financing (FMF) grants over ten years.
$5 billion for missile-defense cooperation (including programs such as Iron Dome and David's Sling).
Total package: $38 billion over 10 years, the largest such security assistance package the U.S. had ever pledged to any country at the time.

Congress long ago decided that Israëlies are more important than Americans.
