Without proof?! 🙄 🙄 🙄

@Thinkerbell Now...why would you destroy a completely good leftist lie using facts? 😤
Jokersswild · 22-25
@Thinkerbell The claim by Israel was that Iran was 2 weeks away from "building a Nuke."

There's a difference between enriched uranium and a nuclear weapon. Enriched uranium is used in energy production and cancer treatment. Iran’s current enrichment levels are around 60% purity. This is still short of the 90% required for a nuclear bomb.

@BizSuitStacy Moreover, Iran is a sovereign nation and has the right to produce a nuclear weapon if it chooses. Israel has nuclear weapons, and Iran is not obligated to comply with Israel’s demands. Although Iran has repeatedly stated that it is not building a nuclear weapon. Israel has been making this accusation for over 40 years.

"Enriched uranium is used in energy production and cancer treatment. Iran’s current enrichment levels are around 60% purity. This is still short of the 90% required for a nuclear bomb."

Nonsense. 60% enriched uranium is not needed for energy production or for cancer treatment. And getting from 60 to 90% is a relatively simple matter. 60% enrichment has only one purpose: developing a nuclear weapon.

"Moreover, Iran is a sovereign nation and has the right to produce a nuclear weapon if it chooses."

Yeah, right. The islamofascist regime in Iran that you so slavishly support has the "right" to produce a nuclear weapon if it wants. No doubt you would have wished that Nazi Germany would also have produced a nuclear weapon. 🙄

@Thinkerbell never let the truth get in the way of Israeli propaganda. it is against their religion to make nukes. Not so Israel.
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955

By all means, Hippy, tell the Ayatollahs that all the effort and expense they went to in order to build all those bomb-grade uranium enrichment facilities was all for nothing, since building a nuclear bomb is against their religion.

BTW, Hippy, the Pakistanis seem not to have gotten your memo, since they have had nuclear weapons for a long time.

@Thinkerbell Hate to burst your bubble, but Iran’s nuclear operations at its enrichment sites in Natanz and Fordow are buried deep underground, and that’s exactly why. This isn't the first time Israel has attacked Iran's nuclear program. Parts of the facilities are built into mountains, and the majority of the infrastructure, including the centrifuges, remained completely unaffected. Israel may have hit the facility and disrupted the power supply, but the core of the nuclear program remains intact.

@Jokersswild

And no doubt, Joker, you would be only too happy to see the success of the islamofascist Iranian regime's bomb program.
@Jokersswild
Iran is a sovereign nation and has the right to produce a nuclear weapon if it chooses.

And since Iran is building nukes, thanks to a palette of cash from Obama, and uranium, courtesy of Russia and Hillary, repeatedly vowing to destroy Israel (and the US) as well as being the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism, Israel has every right to turn Iran into glass.

Israel showed restraint.
Jokersswild · 22-25
@BizSuitStacy Have you seen the news? Israel is having a hard time intercepting Iranian missiles, even with the help of the U.S. Delusional people 🤣
@Jokersswild What's that have to do with you lying about Iran's nuclear missile development?

Or do you need to deflect?
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@Jokersswild

Have the Iranian missiles killed as many Israeli civilians yet, as the number of top Iranian generals and nuclear scientists the Israelis have killed...? 🤔
Jokersswild · 22-25
@Thinkerbell 😂 Is that how you guys measure success? Very telling.
Jokersswild · 22-25
@BizSuitStacy I don't know. Israel has lied before. US intelligence have said Iran isn't seeking a nuclear weapon. At least they have not made a decision to build a nuke. There is still a religious edict, or fatwa, in place.

@Jokersswild
US intelligence have said Iran isn't seeking a nuclear weapon.

☝nice spin.

In 2023, US intelligence "under Biden" said Iran paused its nuclear weapon development. You see, "paused" means they were working on it and intent to continue development in the future.

Go ahead...tell me the Mossad didn't know exactly how close Iran was to a functional nuke...
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@BizSuitStacy

Joker will tell you any lie, if he thinks it will protect his beloved islamofascist regime. 🙄
@Thinkerbell Lying is what they do
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@BizSuitStacy

I saw in the news where Putin has offered to broker a peace between Israel and Iran.

He must urgently need Iranian drones and missiles for use in Ukraine.

@Jokersswild Does Iran have the right to nuke Israel, even though Israel poses no threat to them?
Jokersswild · 22-25
@Gibbon I am aware. It would take something like the GBU-57 MOPs to take out those facilities. The U.S. has the delivery systems. That said, it's not about whether we can, it's about whether we should.

Should we get involved in Israel’s war and ultimately drag ourselves into another major conflict? If we strike Iran, it will have serious geopolitical consequences. Iran’s proxies have already shown they can attack our bases in Iraq and other regions.

Many of us voted for Trump because we believed he’d be strong enough to tell Israel “No.” I’m still confident that with Pete Hegseth and Tulsi Gabbard in Trump’s administration, they’ll talk some sense into him, because we know the neo-cons are pushing for war. Tucker Carlson called Trump out on this just yesterday.

Trump ran on peace. Of course, the U.S. will defend itself if we are attacked, but Iran hasn’t attacked us. This is Israel’s war, not ours. Israel wants to draw us into this war. Hopefully, Trump will stand by his word and resist the neo-cons.
Jokersswild · 22-25
@LeopoldBloom Israel poses no threat to Iran? 😂 Israel literally just attacked Iran. How is that not a threat? Once again, Israel has no right to dictate whether Iran can pursue nuclear technology. Iran is a signatory to the NPT and has committed to not developing nuclear weapons. In fact, just today, Iran released a statement reaffirming that its nuclear program is intended solely for peaceful purposes. And yes, those high levels of uranium enrichment are actually used in fields like cancer treatment.
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@Jokersswild Yes Iran has agreed not to develop nuclear weapons but Israel has not. It is estimated that Israel has 200 nukes. Iran has none. Israel is clearly the aggressor in this war and without Israel brazenly attacking Iran there would be no war between the two nations. Sadly every war in the Middle East has been the result of the invaders (Israel) doing some evil in the region.
