At first, I felt sorry for the people attacked in Boulder. Then I saw they were protesting for Israel to continue its genocide against Palestinians.

I don't condone violence but you are right. Those who were injured were cheering for genocide. I don't want them dead or injured but I do want them to stop supporting mass murder.

is their protest goal your interpretation or something you read elsewhere? cuz all I could find said they were for Israeli hostage release. which is the sorta thing you might make an oblique connection to pro genocide, I suppose but I'd argue it's not quite the same.
