Being complicit in the second Nakba may bring about a second Arab Spring there. It's why Egypt resisted the pressure from Blinkden.
However, pessimist that I am, I do think that the relocation of Gazans will eventually happen. Israel is very determined and the Trump administration will give them even more leeway than Biden. Also, the Biden administration di care a bit about it;'s geopolitical allies/underlings. However, do we think that a regime that threatens Denmark militarily is really going to give a shit about the Egyptian government? Trump doesn't care about allies at all and he could threaten to withdraw aid to Egypt and force them to comply. Egypt needs American aid Trump's administration is also full of Christian Zionist hawks.
This is not certain because there are a lot of moving parts but I think that there is a chance that something like this will happen.

@Burnley123 Interesting. The question would be “what’s in it for Trump.” Trump’s number 1 priority is Saudi Arabia for the grift. They could intercede for Egypt. Also, I think Israel likes its relationship with Egypt. Egypt could try to bribe Trump with a hotel, too, just to be safe.

@Bumbles Trump has to ally himself with the Christian right and that was the reason for Mike Pence. I don't think he cares about Israel much though he probably admires Netanyahu slightly.
Trump could offer Egypt something but America is already sending them a lot of aid. The old 'benign' liberal imperialism of the Cold War in which you empire was built by strengthening your allies but is anathema to Trump. He sees it as a zero-sum game, like real estate. Sure, he'll take one loss-making venture like Israel because they are people like him and it keeps his friends happy but why would he want to subsidise a country that is stopping his friend's plan? If their regime collapses, Biden would care but why would Trump care?
