@Thewhazzupdude Yes I know that. I have read today a survey where over 23% of people in the US believe chocolate milk comes from Brown cows. So, I was seriously wondering whether the person who wants to invade the Netherlands to punish the ICC has any idea where it is, because he has no idea how it functions.

@Thewhazzupdude In the Netherlands, Denmark & Switzerland, the spelling 'capitol' usually applies only to a building in the allegedly united states of America.
