Is the genocide complaint against Israel in the World Court biased against Israel?

[big]
In the entirety of its 84 pages, South Africa’s application [before the ICJ] makes no mention of Hamas’s documented practice of embedding its military installations and combatants in all aspects of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, mosques, schools, homes, UN facilities and other similar sites, even when mentioning Israeli attacks on such infrastructure.

Hamas’s massive network of tunnels, much of which is located under civilian locations and which is used exclusively for military purposes, is mentioned once — and then only to raise concerns over the ecological impact of flooding such tunnels, which Israel has carried out.

You can't decimate an entire country and try and con the rest of the world that its justifiable because you're chasing terrorists.

It really is as simple as that.
The rest is horsesh*t.
@Picklebobble2 If Hamas conducted an October 7-style terror attack in Egypt, how would the Government of Egypt respond? With kid gloves?
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@flipper1966 if you could respond the same way and PROVE the deaths were that of terrorists, the whole world would support it.
But you can't so they don't.

If you're saying
Collateral damage is unfortunate but happens
expect them to say exactly the same.
@Picklebobble2 600,000 Syrians were killed under Assad. How did the world respond? Assad was politically and militarily supported by Iran and Russia, and actively supported by the Lebanese Hezbollah group, the Syrian-based Palestinian group PFLP-GC, and others. The U.S. supports Israel financially but not with troops. And Assad is still in power. How long will Netanyahu last?

Comparison: Israel recently flooded some of the Gaza tunnels with seawater. Several years ago Egypt flooded some of the Gaza tunnels with sewage.

@Picklebobble2 you aren't to smart when it comes to the middle east and Israel. To truly understand what is going on you have to pickup the Bible start in Geniuses and find the source of the conflict. Abraham son from Haggard and the promised son Issac from Sarah. The promised son is the heir of all that land. God's plan. The descendants of Ishmael have been trying to steal it ever since.

@Baremine So says your book.
Suppose their book says the opposite ?
@Picklebobble2 There are always different interpretations. People have different opinions. That's why there are 60 flavors of ice cream.

@flipper1966 and that's why this will never end and will be exploited by politicians and freedom fighters/terrorists forever more.
Until there's different thinking.
@Picklebobble2 Thank you for your contribution.

@Picklebobble2 it's not my book. I didn't write it. It's God's revelation to mankind. It's prophecies are accurate and certainly explain what is going on in the middle east.

Oh they'll do much better than decimate them! That only means reduce by 10%.

100% destruction of Hamas and its fellow travelers is a'coming!
