Is the genocide complaint against Israel in the World Court biased against Israel?

[big][quote]In the entirety of its 84 pages, South Africa’s application [before the ICJ] makes no mention of Hamas’s documented practice of embedding its military installations and combatants in all aspects of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, mosques, schools, homes, UN facilities and other similar sites, even when mentioning Israeli attacks on such infrastructure.

Hamas’s massive network of tunnels, much of which is located under civilian locations and which is used exclusively for military purposes, is mentioned once — and then only to raise concerns over the ecological impact of flooding such tunnels, which Israel has carried out.

I have read South Africa's submission to the ICCJ. It is nothing more than a list of war crimes Israel has committed. Nothing more nothing less. It is not about Hamas' actions it is about Israels.

I think it would be fair if some country submitted Hamas to the ICCJ - not sure if it is possible though because Hamas is not a nation. Then someone could list out all Hamas' acts. Israel wouldnt really need to be mentioned in this because it is about what Hamas has done.
@Ozymandiaz Netanyahu not telling his ministers to keep their mouths shut about ethnic cleansing in Gaza and reinstating Israeli settlements in Gaza doesn't seem like a smart thing during a genocide inquiry!!
