in a 97 doc about rural Ireland. Was 97 that long ago that pint drinking babies were a thing? Or maybe is this an Irish phenomenon?

This has been going on for ages in Great Britain. Guinness and with other natural stuff mixed together and given to children. Especially if they have a cold.
