My hairdresser told me to start stockpiling!!!

I went to do my hair yesterday, and my hair dresser asked if I started gathering supplies, food and held cash somewhere in case of emergency, I told her what the hell are you talking about? I only stockpiled water and toilet paper and a box of cereal they only said it will last three days 😭 😭, she said the attack is happening this Wednesday, the US will attack Iran and Iran will retaliate and attack everyone 😲😲😲 she said to stockpile baby milk, and food!! I literally didn't prepare anything for this, without electricity or running water I will probably perish! I need electricity to cook unfortunately my cooker runs by electricity I wish I had the old style that ran by gas ,and there is no way I can just start the fire in the middle of the house the whole house will burn I don't even know how to start fire, my husband tried to barbeque outside with the portable barbeque thing and he put everything as instructed and still didn't start fire,we rely on electricity for basic things ,,these modern innovations will be the end of us.
