I don't think anyone will "win" anything that could be called a victory.
The nearest to "winning" will be which of the three nations directly fighting will lose the least.

@ArishMell its all about the set goals... iran will win if their goverment stays in control.. usa will win if there is a regime change. quite the easy way to tell who wins

Israel and Iran have never made it a secret of wanting each other to collapse, and they are consistent in that; but the USA's aim seems to change every week.
There is no sign that the Iranian rule will collapse. It is undeniably deeply fascist and belligerant; but like some other totalitarian states, its system is designed for continuity even with heavy losses of sennior politicians and officials.
If it did though, what will replace it? A chaotic, barely-habitable mess ripe for exploitation by Russia, China and brigands like ISIS or the Taliban?
