This Is The Old Flag Of Iran, It Has A Lion As A Symbol…Hopefully Soon It Will Replace The IRCG’s Flag….
What does the lion on the flag symbolize and why do I have an interest in this?
An Iranian told me over 40 years ago about their old flag and that it had a lion on it. I asked him if he knew why the lion was important on that flag? He said that they have a saying “A lion doesn’t kill an innocent man”. I asked him if he knew the name of the innocent man that was linked to that saying. He didn’t. I replied “His name was Daniel. He was one of the prophets of ancient Israel. He was thrown into a lion’s den in ancient Persia after being accused of not bowing down to the king, which was against his faith.” So he told me about King Darius and King Cyrus. I told him I already knew about them, they are written about in the Bible when Israel was taken by Babylon which later came under control of the Persian Empire. Daniel was given a high position in the government under the king after he survived the lion den. And his accuser was thrown in lion’s den and eaten. I knew, don’t ask me how I think it is genetic memory, from the time I was 10 years old that a part of me was linked to this ancient story. I read about Daniel and the entire story of what happened there in Persia when I was 10 years old and felt it in my soul immediately. So many decades later the Cherokees had their DNA linked all the way back to the Jews in Persia. I have hoped for the last 40 years that Iran would be set free from the tyranny of the Revolutionary government. I would love to visit and see the ancient ruins Persepolis in southern Iran, which was the seat of government under the rule of King’s Cyrus and King Cyrus…if only I lived long enough and had the means to do so.

@MayorOfCrushtown there was an anthropologist that studied Cherokees way back in the late 1800’s and he was saying that he believed that Cherokees were descendants of Jews based on their spiritual beliefs. He was scoffed by the other anthropologists at that time for his claim.
